product-warranty

Each battery is tested before shipment for function and safety. We provide a 1-year warranty on all replacement batteries we sell, covering defects in materials and workmanship.

To start a warranty claim, email support@laptopbatteriesadapters.com or message WhatsApp +86 18570679070. Please include your order number, order date, product name or product ID, and the issue you are experiencing. For warranty items, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.

What the Warranty Covers

After receiving your product, you may apply for warranty service if there is a problem. Coverage includes: the battery cannot be charged normally, very short runtime after charging, the battery cannot reach a full charge, and other manufacturing defects. A gradual decrease in the charge capacity of a rechargeable battery over time is normal and is not considered a defect.

If a battery is going to fail, it most often does so soon after first use. If you experience a problem, our technical support can help you diagnose the issue, as battery faults can also be caused by an underpowered charger, faulty battery-management software, or a faulty charging circuit on the motherboard. Return shipping costs for warranty replacements are paid by the buyer.

Warranty Replacement Process

If the battery does not work properly within the 1-year warranty period, Accessories-Mall offers the following options:

First option: Our technicians help diagnose and, where possible, resolve the issue remotely.
Second option: You return the defective battery (return shipping paid by buyer), and we send a replacement battery at our cost.
Third option: If the issue cannot be resolved, we refund part of the order amount so you can have the battery serviced locally.

The warranty covers the cost of the battery but does not cover return shipping or the cost of shipping a replacement to you. A gradual decrease in charge capacity over time is normal and is not considered a defect.

What is Not Covered Under Warranty

  • Batteries ordered from other companies
  • A battery that is simply discharged and can be recharged and still works
  • Batteries damaged by abuse, overcharging, improper installation, freezing, or improper conditioning
  • Removal of warranty stickers or tampering with internal battery components
  • A battery that is the wrong specification for the device's power requirements
  • More than two warranty replacements
  • An 80% charge capacity remaining after 1 year, which is considered normal battery wear and is not a defect covered by warranty
