Order Processing

Orders are processed within 0–3 business days after payment is confirmed (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). Every order is shipped with a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your order leaves our warehouse.

Please ensure your shipping details are complete and accurate — full name, complete address, phone number, and postal code — so your package can be delivered successfully. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Shipping Origin & Delivery Time

We ship from two warehouses. The shipping origin is indicated on each product page.

  • US Warehouse (ships to United States only): estimated delivery 2–7 business days after dispatch.
  • China Warehouse (ships to Australia, Canada, United Kingdom): estimated delivery 7–17 business days after dispatch.

Because our products contain lithium-ion batteries, some shipments are subject to additional international transport and customs regulations, which may extend delivery times. We appreciate your patience.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, weather, holidays, and local carrier conditions.

Expedited Shipping

If you need faster delivery (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, TNT), please contact us before or shortly after ordering. Expedited shipping is available at additional cost, payable by the buyer.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, import duties, VAT, and other customs-related taxes are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost shown at checkout.
