Refund & Return Policy
At ZhanPeng, we want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy explains when returns, refunds, or replacements are available, alongside your statutory consumer rights. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Return Window
We offer a 60-day return policy. You have 60 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unused and not installed
- In its original, undamaged packaging
- Accompanied by valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice)
Items returned without first requesting and receiving approval will not be accepted.
Warranty
All batteries and adapters are covered by a 1-Year Replacement Warranty against manufacturing defects. If a product develops a defect within this period, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue for a free replacement.
How to Start a Return
Email support@laptopbatteriesadapters.com (or WhatsApp +86 18570679070) within the return window, including:
- Your order number
- A description of the item and the reason for return
- Photos or a short video, if the item is defective or damaged
Our team will review your request within 24 hours and provide return instructions, including the correct return address. Please do not ship any item back before receiving approval.
Who Pays Return Shipping
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: we cover the cost of return shipping (or send a free replacement).
- Other approved returns (e.g. no longer needed): the buyer is responsible for return shipping. A restocking fee may apply.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and regulatory reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used, installed, or physically damaged after delivery
- Products damaged due to incorrect installation or handling
- Sale items and gift cards
Important: Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility before ordering. If you are unsure whether a battery or adapter fits your device, please contact us before purchasing — we're happy to confirm the correct part for you. Returns due to incorrect part selection may be subject to return shipping and a restocking fee.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.
If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at support@laptopbatteriesadapters.com.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused, not installed, and in its original packaging, with valid proof of purchase.
